Your Responsibilities
- Translate business questions into clear data models, reports, and analytics strategies.
- Design and implement BI solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
- Guide clients in setting up and scaling self-service BI environments.
- Lead stakeholder sessions to uncover KPIs, define success metrics, and align on data goals.
- Build and maintain efficient ETL/ELT pipelines to support reporting and analysis.
- Coach teams on data literacy and empower decision-makers with clear, actionable insights.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data consulting, or analytics.
- Strong skills in data modeling, SQL, and modern BI platforms.
- Experience building dashboards that balance usability, clarity, and performance.
- Familiarity with ETL tools, cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery), and DBT.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to translate data into decisions.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Dutch.
- A proactive, people-oriented mindset—you enjoy solving business problems through data.
