You define, oversee, and continuously improve the security posture of both Xyntrel and our clients, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
You work across all domains—from cloud to AI—to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability in everything we build.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and lead information security strategy, policy, and governance frameworks
- Oversee risk management, incident response, business continuity, and compliance (e.g. ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR)
- Act as a key advisor to leadership on security posture, investments, and emerging risks
- Coordinate audits, certifications, and security awareness programmes
- Collaborate closely with Cloud, Engineering, and GRC teams to align controls with business goals
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Cybersecurity, IT, Risk, or related discipline
- 5+ years in information security management or advisory roles
- Experience with ISO 27001, risk frameworks (NIST, CIS), and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication skills—you translate risks into business terms
- Relevant certifications: CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor
