We’re looking for a Cloud Architect who can translate business goals into clear, secure, and scalable cloud solutions.
As a Cloud Architect, you are responsible for shaping the blueprint of modern cloud environments. You bring structure, clarity, and foresight to complex challenges. Whether it’s a migration, transformation, or greenfield build, you define architectures that balance performance, security, scalability, and cost. Your design is a guidance for managing engineering and DevOps teams to build robust, compliant, and future-proof solutions.
Your Role
- Design cloud-native architectures that serve as the technical blueprint for implementation
- Work closely with stakeholders to align cloud strategy with business objectives
- Ensure designs meet golden standards for security, performance, maintainability, and cost-efficiency
- Incorporate European cloud ecosystems, data sovereignty, and compliance into architecture decisions
- Manage and collaborate with cloud engineers and DevOps to ensure seamless execution of the blueprint
- Stay current on cloud trends and translate innovation into practical design choices
What You Bring
- MSc. in Data & IT or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in designing and leading/managing teams
- Proven experience designing architectures on cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS, Private Cloud)
- Knowledge of Azure, PowerShell, Azure CLI, Bicep, YAML, Azure DevOps, VScode. GCP or AWS equivalents are fine too.
- Deep understanding of cloud security, networking, and governance
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code principles and cloud automation
- Ability to abstract complexity and present clear, structured solutions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to advise clients at a strategic level
- Bonus: familiarity with sustainable cloud practices and EU data regulations
