Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate machine learning models that solve real business challenges..
- Work with stakeholders to frame problems, define success metrics, and gather the right data.
- Implement models in production using MLOps principles and tools.
- Conduct deep-dive data analyses to uncover insights and improve model performance.
- Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to integrate models into applications or services.
- Promote responsible AI through explainability, fairness, and transparency.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI.
- Solid knowledge of Python, scikit-learn, pandas, and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and tools like MLflow, SageMaker, or Vertex AI.
- Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and model lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of statistics, model evaluation, and data storytelling.
- Clear communicator in both English and Dutch, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
